Congratulations to Ryan Bottomley on his promotion to Assistant General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Wausau, the area’s premier hotel featuring 108 deluxe guest rooms, 8,000 square feet of premium conference space and sweeping views of Rib Mountain State Park.

In his new role, Ryan will provide oversite to department leaders and their teams to ensure that Hilton Worldwide standards are upheld and a best-in-class experience is achieved for our guests. Ryan is a dedicated hospitality professional and master user of Hilton systems. His tireless effort to grow and rally his team make him a great fit for this leadership position.

Ryan joined the Hilton team in 2019 as Front Desk Associate and was promoted to Front Desk Manager this past January, and has progressively taken on more responsibility. His career in hospitality began locally in 2009 at the Grand Lodge and continued at Comfort Suites in Stevens Point and Country Inn and Suites in Platteville. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point as well as an Associate Degree in Marketing from Northcentral Technical College.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys watching Golden Girls, following current events, cooking and crossword puzzles.
