The Great Dane Pub & Brewing Company renovated this 26,000 sq. ft. building to bring the customer experience of its award winning Madison based pub and brewery to Wausau, Wisconsin.  The conversion included adding a second bar area and creating a new dining space, pool and shuffleboard hall and lounge.  A beer garden was added two years later. SCOPE: Real estate development services and design build remodel Services, including architectural design, construction and interior design.
