Please join us in congratulating Tressa Klopatek on her promotion to HR Manager of Ghidorzi Companies from her previous role as General Manager of Fairfield by Marriott of Wausau. Tressa has been learning our business inside and out since joining Ghidorzi Hotel Group in 2014. She knows our company, our systems and has been a champion of employees throughout the organization from the very start.

Tressa began as a Front Desk Associate at the Fairfield hotel and grew into event management before earning the General Manager leadership role. She also served as interim GM at Hilton Garden Inn for much of the covid pandemic. She brings these eight years of experience, high energy and hands-on management style as our new HR Manager.

Tressa has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two little girls and husband as well as her Labrador Retriever, Maisy. Dreaming of Disney World, boating, going on walks and playing outside are some of their favorite activities.
