Congratulations to Tim Nofsinger on his promotion to Maintenance Engineer following 14 years of excellence caring for our commercial properties inside and out. In his new role, Tim will champion Ghidorzi’s proactive approach to keeping each building in our real estate portfolio looking and functioning its very best for tenants and the greater Wausau community. 

Tim’s promotion ensures a smooth transition for tenants and building upkeep following a year of on-the-job training with his predecessor Jim Babcock who recently retired. Tim’s longstanding experience, combined with his hard-working, can-do attitude make him an outstanding choice for the job as well as an true joy to work with for colleagues and tenants alike. 

Tim holds a Residential Construction and Cabinet Making degree from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in Rice Lake, WI and is a classic Northwoods Wisconsinite with a love of whitetail deer hunting and making maple syrup.
