Kocourek Automotive is building a new Subaru dealership to meet the growing demand of Subaru drivers in Wisconsin. The 37,750 square foot facility focuses on expanding all aspects of Subaru dealership amenities.
The Subaru service garage will double in size including the drive through for service write-ups which enables drivers to complete this step without leaving their vehicle. The sales team and showroom is also expanding and will include indoor new car delivery bays for an optimal car shopping experience. Additionally, the exterior lot will be larger to house a greater capacity of shoppable, drivable inventory.
The new Subaru dealership is set to open the end of November 2019 with Ghidorzi Design | Build | Develop serving as general contractor and architect. It will be located at 2613 N. 20th Avenue on the north side of Wausau among the Kocourek Ford, Kia, Lincoln and Nissan dealerships and ABRA Auto Body & Glass.
