ENT & Allergy Associates is building a new patient-focused clinic to meet the growing need for their specialty care in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Located at 5509 Vern Holmes Drive, this 10,700-square-foot facility will provide a permanent home for the clinic, further enhancing their ability to serve the North Central Wisconsin communities as they have for more than 55 years. Construction is underway with plans to open the doors to patients in late summer.
Ghidorzi is the architect, interior designer and general contractor, serving as a single source of accountability for ENT & Allergy Associates in the design build construction of their new clinic, modeled after their flagship location in Wausau, which Ghidorzi designed and built in 2019. This new building will be a smaller version of the Wausau clinic, tailored to the Stevens Point community.
Every element of the clinic has been thoughtfully designed to enhance patient experience, staff efficiency and operational excellence. From modern architectural details to welcoming and functional interior design, the building will provide an environment that supports thoughtful, cutting-edge care.
The new Stevens Point clinic represents ENT & Allergy Associates’ commitment to long-term investment in the communities they serve. The clinic’s expanded facilities will accommodate additional staff and enhance the availability of full-time ENT, allergy and audiology departments. Moreover, the inclusion of a Walk-In Care clinic, open Monday through Friday, will offer unparalleled convenience for patients seeking specialty care without needing prior appointments.
