A groundbreaking ceremony earlier today marked the beginning of construction for the new Mid-State International Trucks of Wisconsin facility at 1189 118th Street in Lake Hallie, with a Summer 2014 opening. The project is a design build by Ghidorzi Companies, serving as architect, general contractor and interior designer. Project highlights include:

34,559-square-foot building will provide sales, service and parts for all new and used medium and heavy-duty truck makes, including commercial truck leasing and rental
- State-of-the-art facility will include eight drive-through bays, each three stalls deep for servicing up to 24 tractors at a time
- Fully equipped to service alternative fuel vehicles, including compressed natural gas and liquid natural gas
- Located on the diamond interchange of US-53 and Melby Road, Mid-State International Lake Hallie, will be situated on a 12 acre-site with substantial space for parking, easy turnaround maneuverability and in-out access, domicile plug-in and trailer drop
- Driver amenities will include a customer lounge and fueling station located across the street
