Immanuel Baptist Church is a 40,000 sq. ft. worship center with a sanctuary, administrative offices, classrooms, childcare center, commercial kitchen and library.  Designed for flexibility, the sanctuary stage retracts for the space to function as a gymnasium and classroom walls are removable to offer scalable meeting space.  A teen ministry center that functions as a café, lounge, game room and performance center was later added to the building. SCOPE: Real estate development services, including site selection and land acquisition.  Design build construction and remodel services, including architectural design, construction and interior design.
