Ghidorzi served as general contractor for the nation’s first Ascension Medical Group Clinic in Wausau, Wis., completing construction of the 48,000 square foot medical facility in just 11 months.  Our experience developing other projects in the same high profile location overlooking greater Wausau played an important role in the site design.

Site planning and preparation for this parcel was particularly rigorous due to its location on a bluff with extreme rock density. A top priority was to position the building for the greatest visibility from multiple angles. Equally important was configuring the parking lot on the site to ensure convenient access for patients and staff while allowing flexibility for future expansion.

This project reflects the broad expertise that Ghidorzi brings no matter what the scope of work.
