- Panera Bread at 1700 Stewart Avenue, a thriving new retail center on the busiest, most visible intersection in Wausau. This commercial design build construction development by Ghidorzi has been a big win for Wausau consumers with a tenant mix that includes Panera Bread, Toppers Pizza and Cellcom.
- The new Kocourek Subaru dealership at Highway K and N. 20thAvenue, a design build construction project that allowed Ghidorzi Companies to apply our creativity to Subaru brand standards, pushing the envelop to offer Kocourek customers the absolute best car shopping and service experience.
- The new Kwik Trip at 2950 Stewart Avenue across from Menards, a land sale that gave Kwik Trip the hands-down best location and access at Wausau’s primary corridor for its convenience store, gas and car wash customers. Ghidorzi Companies parceled the land per Kwik Trip’s project scope and sold them the land pad ready and zoning approved for an immediate construction start.
