We are excited to welcome Kristal Chamberlain as Human Resources Administrator for Ghidorzi Companies. In this role, Kristal oversees the range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, benefits, compliance and employee relations. She also coordinates onboarding and manages HR policies to ensure our employees and leadership teams have the support they need.

Kristal brings a detail-oriented, organized and adaptable mindset to her work with a talent for spotting challenges before they arise and finding creative solutions. She is eager to continue learning and sharing new ideas, making her an excellent fit for our team.

Kristal joins us from NAPA Auto Parts, GPC, where she served as Human Resources Coordinator. She earned her Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Mid State Technical College along with technical diplomas in Project Management, Human Resources and Entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Kristal enjoys hiking and nature walks, as well as exploring new hobbies and crafts in winter. She is a proud cat mom, a devoted Taylor Swift fan and loves discovering new music, often spending her free time learning songs on the piano.
