The Fairfield Inn & Suites Wausau is so dedicated to serving its guests that the property stands out in the crowd of Marriott’s 650 Fairfield hotels located throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
The Wausau Fairfield was recently recognized by Marriott for being in the top 5% of all properties for Guest Satisfaction, a key customer service indicator that takes into account every aspect of a guest’s stay, including staff service, comfort of stay, property cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
The Fairfield’s General Manager also earned Marriott’s coveted status of Magic General Manager. This honor is given to only five of the 650 general managers and is based on Overall Hotel Leadership, Team Building & Development, Financial Management, Leadership in Sales & Service and Community Service.
Outstanding customer service is so engrained in the Fairfield Wausau culture that Marriott filmed a training documentary to capture their spirit and success. Marriott uses the video to teach customer service to other properties in the brand’s network.
