ENT & Allergy Associates is expanding access to specialty care with a new state-of-the-art clinic in Rhinelander, WI. Conveniently located just off Highway 17 in a growing development area, the 6,500 sq. ft. facility will provide a permanent home for the practice, strengthening their commitment to serving North Central Wisconsin as they have for more than 55 years. The group officially broke ground on the new facility last week with plans to open the doors to patients in summer 2026.

The building is engineered for efficiency and long-term performance while prioritizing patient comfort, staff collaboration and clinical functionality. The building will create an atmosphere that supports high-quality, innovative care through a combination of modern architectural details and an inviting interior with ample natural light.

Ghidorzi is serving as both architect and general contractor, delivering the project under a design build model that ensures seamless integration of planning, design and construction. The Rhinelander clinic is a scaled version of ENT & Allergy Associates Wausau flagship facility, also designed and built by Ghidorzi in 2019, adapted to fit the specific space requirements and operational needs of the Rhinelander community.
