The Northcentral Technical College Campus in Medford, Wisconsin is a 12,470 sq ft. distance learning campus catering to the student experience with nearly universal exposure to natural daylight, intuitive wayfinding and easy building flow. The building is designed for maximum wireless connectivity for students and transmittal of class content to and from other campuses. It serves 1,100 learners and is NTC's largest nursing school outside of its Wausau campus. SCOPE: Real estate development services including site selection and land acquisition.  Design build leaseback services, including architectural design, construction and interior design.
