We are delighted to announce Kristi Toner as our new Human Resources Manager. Kristi is a trusted HR professional with the experience and credentials to serve our employees and business extremely well.

Most recently, Kristi served as Director of Human Resources and Employee Development at
Mid-Wisconsin/Nicolet National Bank. Prior to that role, she was a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Sentry Insurance and Human Resources Generalist at Donaldson Company. Kristi has also held key leadership positions with the Society of Human Resources Management at the state level and Central Wisconsin Chapter.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of
Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Her professional certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources, HRCI and SHRM-SCP, SHRM.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Kristi’s tenure in all aspects of HR make her a valued addition to our team.
